roomMaster

The focal point of any hotel is its reception area. Here, whilst dealing with arrivals and departures, staff are called on to manage telephone or email bookings, deliveries, ordering food, payment of invoices, logging queries from guests, scheduling and organising the turning out and cleaning of rooms, and all the time recognising the different rates guests are paying according to when a booking was made. Whatever the size of a hotel, roomMaster provides property management software to automate much of this business.

That automation now includes the iQ-Kiosk. For guests who want to avoid the queue at the front desk, the Kiosk is a new device specially designed to provide easy-to-use self-service check-in or check-out out in under a minute. At check-in it sells room upgrades with full pictures and descriptions, allows gests to update their contact information and handles payment terms in accordance with an individual hotel’s policies and procedures. At check-out, guests swipe their keycard to access information, view waiting messages and process payment.

The roomMaster software suite also includes:-

  • roomMaster Point of Sale (iQ-POS), a fully featured POS software solution in its own right to couple bill-to-room capability with ‘big picture’ reporting.
  • roomMaster.net, a real-time Internet Booking Engine that allows travel agents and booking agents to log into roomMaster and make bookings 24/7, 365 days a year.
  • iQ-Schedule, to give hoteliers a fully integrated solution to book meeting rooms, activities, tours and spas with automated notifications, integrating with iQ-POS so that tours, activities or spa treatments can be created on the point of sale and then billed to the guest’s folio.

IBS

The IBS Club Management solution addresses the challenges faced by golf and private members’ clubs to retain existing members and attract new ones. Its total integration across the whole club brings together every aspect of business seamlessly from one user-friendly and intuitive solution.
