roomMaster hotel software contains all the features required to handle advance reservations, deposits, group blocks, printing of confirmation letters, check-in, check-out, daily banking and much more. To suit the Centre’s specialist needs Akinon chose the Enterprise edition.
This gives Akinon 30 additional reports and 17 charts or graphs, reservation audit trails and a powerful query tool, useful for ad-hoc reporting. Also available is the ability to make PDFs and email guest bills, end of day reports, sales ledger statements and other reports directly from the software, along with foreign currency conversion.
Equally useful are advanced group features such as contracts and rooming lists, tour operator allocations and account/department history drill down.
Akinon has also purchased iQ-POS point of sale software and staff have been impressed with the way it integrates with roomMaster to give extra features that include split billing, daily sales reports and a chargeback capability.
