roomMaster is one the most affordable hotel software systems with prices much less than any other similarly-featured Windows system available today. This hospitality software is licensed on the number of bedrooms, not on the number of terminals. The product costs do not increase when roomMaster is run on multiple workstations.

Interfaces to Keylocks
Connect a compatible keylock system to roomMaster and streamline check-ins and other key-creation tasks. Compatible with Onity/TESA HT-22 or higher systems with PMS interface, or with VingCard 2100 PLUS/Vision systems with PMS interface.
Channel Management/GDS Interface
iQ-Worldlink module provides the link between roomMaster and your Global Distribution Systems (GDS) system. This module enables roomMaster to import reservations directly from your Global Distribution Systems (GDS)/Channel Manager and upload rates and availability. This interface is available with Sabre/SynXis, Siteminder, Travelclick/iHotelier, Pegasus, Expedia/EQC and many more. This module is only available in conjunction with the Enterprise Edition of roomMaster.
iQ-WebBook is the best solution for accepting reservations from your hotel website. Onsite Installation, Setup and Training
We will conduct on-site training to suit your needs. An experienced trainer will come on-site, setup the software based on your hotel’s needs and train the staff and the management either on a one to one basis or in small groups.

In-House Training
Conducted periodically at our offices in Hertford, Hertfordshire. Attendees will be shown how to set up the system and taken through the entire system in detail. Operational usage and management reporting will also be covered.
£450 per person for a 2 day session.

UK Post Code Search integration
Increase efficiency and reduce errors with a complete UK post code database. This is a 3rd party add-on and is not covered by the software support agreement. The price is per user and is subject to an annual license renewal.

Credit Card Processing Module
Works with roomMaster, iQ-POS and iQ-Webbook . The CC processing module links into chip and pin terminals supplied by Payment Express with your existing merchant account to obtain pre-authorisations, deposit payments, payments at checkin/out as well as process payments from bookings received via the channel manager in. The chip & pin terminals supplied by Payment Express will replace your existing terminals (but not your bank relationship) and integrates credit card operations within the roomMaster software, increasing efficiency while decreasing fraud and expense.

Requires Internet access and a 36 month contract for chip & pin terminals with Payment Express. Card Receipt Printer supplied at an extra charge.

Important Notes :

  • You are welcome to fully evaluate roomMaster hospitality software for 45 days, The download is free, fully functional and has a limit of upto 30 bedrooms. Should you wish to continue using the software after the 45 days evaluation period, you would need to purchase the roomMaster licence. All the data that you enter can be used with the registered copy of roomMaster. Click here to download roomMaster.
  • We require a maintenance agreement with the initial purchase of roomMaster. Although renewing this agreement is optional, most hotels choose to renew it, as it is affordable and designed to provide service on as needed basis. Click here for Software Support Maintenance Details.

  • The software can be used only at the location mentioned in the roomMaster licence. The software licence is not transferable to another location.
